MESSAGE

I was born and raised in Uwajima, a small regional town in Japan. After that, I spent nearly 15 years in Tokyo, working as a CG and VFX artist.
Later, I returned to my hometown, where I now balance two seemingly different worlds: continuing my family’s craft of producing traditional miso made from 100% naked barley, while also working at the forefront of digital creation through CG and VFX.

At first glance, these worlds could not seem more different. Yet they share a common spirit — a dedication to craft, care, and intention, without cutting corners.

No matter how advanced technology becomes, what truly moves people are the human hands behind the work, and the passion embedded within it.

KRADLEX exists as a cradle for challenging the world, and as a place where creative energy is constantly nurtured and sustained.

That is why we believe it is possible — and necessary — to prove that even from a regional town, one can compete on a global stage. By connecting Uwajima, Tokyo, and Toronto, we create visual stories that cross borders and cultures, and give rise to shared emotion.

“Because it is local, there are things that can only be created here.” With that belief, we continue to send stories from a small-town studio out into the world.
